Weapons of our warfare
2Co 10:3-5 For though walking about in flesh, we do not war according to flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, pulling down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ;
- Gifts are usually given to children for the purpose of play.
- Gifts given to adults are usually given to enhance work productivity.
- The Gifts of the Holy Spirit are given for the work of the ministry.
- All believers are called to the ministry of reconciliation (2 Co. 5:18).
- These gifts are not for looking more spiritual in church, and be given a place in the pulpit, but mainly are to be used in the world, for greater empowerment to reach those in our circle of influence.
- Children play around with toy guns, while teens play around with b.b guns, But weapons that can cause destruction are for adults It is time to grow up, and stop playing around, and get to work.
- Jesus Christ came into the world to destroy the works of the devil. (He. 2:14)
- We as His body need to be in position daily to continue the work He began.
- We need to go into the world loaded up with the weapons of our warfare, and fight the good fight of faith, until we see the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of God. (Rev.11:15)
